You’re not a developer until you’re a SherWeb developer!
The cloud computing industry is booming, and SherWeb has big projects in the wind, or should I say, in the cloud! The company received considerable press coverage in the last few months, especially after being awarded the 2011 OCTAS for business achievement.
SherWeb’s success is undeniable. Founded in 1998 in Sherbrooke, the company employs almost 100 employees, which correspond to the number of countries where they do business.
Now, let’s get down to cases. SherWeb has recently signed an important contract and wishes to employ more qualified programmer analysts. There are a number of projects and challenges to be tackled, and this will allow the company to grow even more. Read more »
Read more »

Dear “anonymous SherWeb employee”,
Santa notices that you are being true to yourself by sending him yet another endless letter in which you keep bragging year after year about how brilliant your employer is. I’m seriously wondering if you’re not overstepping it! When I think of it, I have the feeling you are trying to compete with me. After all, you keep extolling the virtues of sharing and collaboration, and you do offer services for a song.

Have you ever gone to work one morning to find a stranger sitting at your desk? “This is Boris Hadijian, our new tech-master whiz. I had no choice but to give him your desk. The HR department moved your things over there… didn’t you get the memo?” I get this all the time. I always forget the memo.
Or have you ever entered your office at night to pick up some stuff and found a sympathetic old handyman taking down a wall to create more office space, very eager to introduce himself? “I’ve been working for your boss’s family for over twenty years now, they’re great people, and they pay well.” Lovely.
Or have you ever considered, as an intern, dropping school to stay with a company that’s growing so fast that you fear you might miss the opportunity of becoming a CEO at 25 like Bill Gates, Larry Ellison or the two guys from Google?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you get the idea of how the past nine months were for me since I’ve been working at SherWeb. In one word: awesome!

If you ever gave SherWeb a call, you might have been surprised to be first greeted in French.
As you may know, we are rooted in one of the most beautiful and only truly bilingual cities in North America: Montréal. Each and every member of our team speaks both English and French, and they will be more than happy to answer you in any of the two languages. So, if you call us and hear “bienvenue!”, remember that it does not only convey our pleasure to serve you, but also our proud origins.
